EXECUTIVE COACHING

"My company offers many great opportunities in education and brings talented national speakers with numerous ideas and problem-solving suggestions, but what I have gained from you is continuous repeated coaching and one-on-one help."
Nancy K. Smith, First Weber Realtors
Do you want to live to your full potential? Do you understand what your purpose is? Coaches help you become more of your authentic self which allows you to live their purpose and achieve their fullest potential. They get you to realize your strengths and help you develop a plan to achieve more than you ever thought possible.
What InVision helps you do is focus on their “Core”. Your Core is the elements of your life that help define who you are, determine your purpose, and create the drive to do more. These elements are broken into two categories: Personal and Professional. Under your personal element, you have six primary facets: Mental, Family, Financial, Physical, Social, and Ethics and Beliefs. Your Professional Element has four facets of skills. These are People Skills, Time Management Skills, Sales/Influencing Skills, and Productivity.
Now picture your Personal and Professional elements as two gears on a machine. When the machine is running properly, the gears mesh well and run smoothly. This is what occurs when you have balanced these areas of your life. As you look at the facets, you may feel you haven’t realized your potential in certain areas. If your gears were missing teeth, or not in synch, your machine no longer runs smoothly.
What is Coaching:
"Dan Paulson is a natural motivator. He has led me to believe in my best and challenged me to a strategy of identifying and changing habits to improve my life overall."
Peg Harbaugh, Prudential Partners Realty
Coaching is a development process where you work one-on-one with a qualified coach. Through this consulting relationship your coach partners with you to achieve your desired results. Your coach will help you focus on what you want to achieve in various areas of your life and help you develop and implement an action plan to achieve your full potential. Many people use coaching to focus on their Professional Core Elements. Often this focus overlaps into your Personal Core Elements. Because our lives cannot be separated from personal and professional as easily as we would like to believe, we focus on how to get these two areas to work together. Your dreams and desires will no doubt impact several areas of your life—your career, your finances, your personal life, and your health, for instance.
There are two ways to facilitate coaching. The process can either be accomplished in person, or done via telephone calls and discussion. Both techniques provide their own benefits and how your coaching is conducted will depend upon personal preference or physical proximity to the coach. All meetings are scheduled in advance at regular intervals you and your coach determine will best meet your needs and your budget.
When working with your coach, you will focus on what is going on in your life, both personally and professionally. You will also look at the outcomes you want to see happening. Through this process, your coach will work with you to create a plan to make those things happen.
Helping you achieve your goals is your coach’s ultimate goal. Working with a qualified coach gives you the tools you need to succeed.
Hiring a coach is a long-term commitment to yourself. Your coach helps you identify what is truly important to you and develop a plan to achieve that. Your coach will be encouraging and supporting you as you take the steps necessary to achieve the goals that lead to your vision of success. Your coach will be there every step of the way and help you celebrate when you reach your destination.
Unlike reading books and attending seminars, coaching is an continual process, and it's very interactive. Coaching essentially becomes a mentoring relationship to help you achieve your potential. A coach is there to teach and advise you in a constructive and confidential way. Your coach will challenge you and encourage you to achieve more than you could have achieved on your own. Coaching provides different results for different people based on the amount of effort and the commitment they make to the process. Remember, your coach is not there to do the work for you.
