KASHBOX

"I attended Invision Leadership Training
my first day as a new manager and found
I could immediately apply what I learned.
I appreciate that Dan is available outside
the classroom for confidential consultation
and is a “safety net” to rely upon when needed. Invision Training provides sound practices that instill confidence in both new
and experienced leaders."

Our Approach:
How many times have you tried to implement a change in your business and were met with nothing but resistance? Well, you are not alone. We understand that many people are resistant to change and only focus on how it will not work. With our approach, we bring the tools and processes that support organizational change and growth. We help you identify those elements that are working against what you are trying to achieve. We then help re-align your resources, leadership, and systems to achieve the desired effect. We show people how change can be Fun, Positive and Exciting!
In order to create a successful organization, you must implement the following formula.
A (SK) + Goals => PBC => IR
Attitudes:
A survey of employees and businesses showed that 85% of the people working in an organization believed that attitudes were the most important element to a business’s success. Yet 95% of all training and development dollars are invested in technical skills and knowledge. Because little is invested in communication, leadership, sales, and personal development, many businesses encounter problems that if corrected could significantly improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency while reducing turnover.
Skills and Knowledge:
These are key components why people get hired and why they are promoted. Attitude is the multiplier of this experience. A negative attitude will result in conflict, lost productivity, and morale problems. A positive attitude will enhance these skills and drive creativity and growth.
Goals:
Goals are the foundation which a business grows. They provide the measures and accountability to know if you are headed the right direction. Without goals, the people of the organization will not know what direction to go, or if what they are trying to accomplish is producing the desired affect.
A Positive Behavior Change is created when all variables of the success formula are working together. This combination provides the motivation to get the right people doing the right things the right way. The result is Improved Results.
