Dan Paulson, a recognized leader in the areas of leadership and organizational development, speaks internationally at trade shows and for private businesses. He has worked for organizations such as Lands' End and Menards and has over 15 years experience in the areas of leadership, corporate culture, sales, and strategy. In 2005, Dan formed InVision Business Development and Marketing to help organizations develop a stronger connection between business strategy and people. Since then, InVision has helped many businesses and individuals achieve higher levels of success.
In 2007, Dan developed the concept of Total Relationship Management which addresses five core areas of business and helps leaders create a culture that successfully measures results and equates it to the performance of the company and its people. These changes are allowing businesses to further streamline their processes and more effectively meet their goals.
