About Dan Paulson, President of InVision:
Dan’s drive and passion is in assisting businesses to grow by developing their unrealized potential. His 18 years of experience in strategy and operations continue to produce extraordinary growth in sales, profitability and efficiencies for many companies. Dan is recognized for his ability to build teams, develop leaders, and create top performers in retail, service, finance and real estate.
Raised in Barneveld, Wisconsin, Dan spent the first part of his life working in the dairy industry with his family. Following high school, Dan attended the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, receiving a degree in business.
Dan’s career began in Madison, Wisconsin working with businesses such as Menards and Lands’ End, providing him experience in both sales, leadership development, and marketing. In 2001, Dan joined Lands’ End, continuing his work with leadership and team development.
Dan’s study of businesses and its people led him to uncover several traits that successful companies utilize to achieve continued growth. In 2005, Dan formed “InVision”, an organization designed to assist businesses in forming the traits necessary to achieve extraordinary success through its strategy, its people and its process.
Dan speaks internationally on the subjects of strategic planning, leadership and marketing to various professional organizations. He serves on the board of directors for several businesses and is active in many local organizations and charities.
